When are NY Lotto drawings held?

Ticket sales close at 7:45 PM ET on drawing days.
How do NY Lotto jackpots work?
NY Lotto jackpots start at $2 million and increase by at least $100,000 each drawing when there are no winners. The jackpot can grow to very large amounts over time.
If multiple players match all 6 numbers, the jackpot is divided equally among all winners. Jackpots are paid as annuitized payments over 25 years, though winners can choose a reduced lump sum payment.
Where can I play NY Lotto?
NY Lotto tickets can only be purchased from authorized lottery retailers in New York State. You cannot play NY Lotto online or from outside New York.
Look for the official NY Lotto logo at convenience stores, gas stations, and other authorized lottery retailers throughout New York.
